Elissa Byrd
Elissa is the founding member, owner and designer of Great Home Endeavors. Not only is she an experienced business professional, having worked for a local children’s hospital for over 16 years, she also previously managed design centers in the North Atlanta area that catered to custom home builders. She has owned several rental properties, purchased and flipped multiple homes and has even managed short term rentals. Elissa understands the challenge of buying and selling real estate, home construction, visualizing design possibilities and working through financial obstacles.
Great Home Endeavors can not only build your Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) but we can help furnish it also. Our design options include organization suggestions and installations, general interior design consultations, real estate staging for resale, accessory selection or purchase and more.

A veteran entrepreneur, Andrew Byrd has been labeled a serial entrepreneur having been involved in various businesses since the early age of 12. During
his former successful radio broadcasting career, he started companies in the
entertainment industry. Now, with over 40 years of entertainment and
performance experience, he has helped people build their various dreams.
Andrew is looking forward to working with the area's leaders to find opportunities to provide affordable housing and concepts that will meet the needs for families where he works, lives and plays. He has a strong sense of integrity and community and plans to leverage his business experience to help Great Home Endeavors become a company that gives back, looks forward and supports the community.
